The top 50 artists whose songs were entered for the "Best Japanese Idol Culture Song" award will be considered entry artists.

・Japan-based Voting Members may vote optionally
・Voting Members must select between 2 to 5 artists from the entered artists

・Japan-based Voting Members may vote optionally
・Voting Members will be able to rank up to three artists from the nominated artists (1st place 4 points, 2nd place 2 points, 3rd place 1 point).
