A comprehensive weekly chart will be created, listing the top 300 entries from those songs that ranked in either the Billboard JAPAN Hot 100's six metrics (radio airplay, CD sales, downloads, streaming, music video views, and karaoke) or the Top User Generated Songs chart.
The 300 songs from each of those weekly charts will be considered in 2-month periods to create a comprehensive original chart.
From this original chart, the top 100 songs in music video points will be extracted.
All songs from the annual original chart will be considered entries, whereby duplicates will be removed and the highest rank for any individual song will remain.

・Japan-based Voting Members may vote optionally
・Voting Members must select between 2 to 5 entries from the submitted works

・Japan-based Voting Members may vote optionally
・Voting Members will be able to rank up to three works from the nominated works (1st place 4 points, 2nd place 2 points, 3rd place 1 point).
