An original award chart will be created, combining the Billboard Niconico VOCALOID SONGS chart and Dwango's The VOCALOID Collection. From the chart, the top 100 songs will be considered for entry.

The 100 song entries will be comprised of the following:

- 70 songs from the Billboard Niconico VOCALOID SONGS chart; A top 100 chart list determined by looking at the Billboard Niconico VOCALOID SONGS chart in 2-month periods will be listed by period in order of points, and an year-end original chart will be created by removing all duplicate songs (among duplicates, only the entry with the highest points will remain).
Of that chart, the top 70 songs will be entered.

- 30 songs from Dwango's The VOCALOID Collection.
*Top 10 songs from Dwango The VOCALOID Collection + top 5 songs among rookie creators within their first two years for a total of 15 songs x 2 periods (Summer & Winter).　

　　　
　　　
　　　
　　　
　　　
　　　

・In addition to the Japan-based Voting Members, special Voting Members for Vocaloid Culture will vote
・Japan-based Voting Members may vote optionally, and all of the special Voting Members for Vocaloid Culture must vote

・Voting Members must select between 2 to 5 entries from the submitted works

・The special Voting Members for Vocaloid Culture are selected by Dwango from among companies related to Vocaloid (such as agencies, labels, software sales companies, etc.) and media

・In addition to the Japan-based Voting Members, special Voting Members for Vocaloid Culture will vote
・Japan-based Voting Members may vote optionally, and all of the special Voting Members for Vocaloid Culture must vote

・Voting Members will be able to rank up to three works from the nominated works (1st place 4 points, 2nd place 2 points, 3rd place 1 point).

Artists and those involved in the songwriting, composition, and arrangement of the work, such as producers, recording engineers, mixing engineers, mastering engineers, instrumentalists, directors, managers, and A&R employees
